CHASER
Chaser is a Slack-integrated application, that manages to chase the users and remind them about the tasks to be done.

User Research
The potential users of the application were identified and from the collective responses, the persona was created. For this project, two personas were created as the potential users fall under two categories:
1. Task assigner
2. Task assignee​

Analysis
Current State Analysis: The current state of the application was analyzed to understand how the application works and identify the drawbacks.

Competitive Analysis: Competitive analysis was done to understand more about the competitors present in the market. The major competitors for Chaser include Jira, Trello, todolist
User Journey Map
User Journey Map was created to understand the emotions of the users while using the application. Two user journey maps were created to represent the current state of the users and the future state after implementing the suggestions.
Recommendations
Based on the brand guidelines, to enhance the user experience as per the clients requirement, suggestions and recommendations were made.
